Unable to access course

If you are unable to access your online course, please complete the following steps.

Step 1 - Reset your password

The first step is to reset your password to you online course account. To do this go to the online school log-in page by clicking here and right below the Log In button there is a link that says Forgot Password. Click on that link and follow the instructions on the site to reset your password. After resetting your password log-in with you username and updated password.

If resetting your password doesn't work, continue to step 2.

Step 2 - Double check the email (user name) you are using to log into the site

If you are unable to reset your password it's likely you received a message on the Reset Password site that said "We couldn't find an account with that email address." If you use multiple email addresses attempt to use one of your other email accounts that you might have used when you signed up for the online course and attempt to reset the password again to gain access to your course.

If attempting to use a different email and resetting your password doesn't work, continue to step 3

Step 3 - Email our support team the following information

The first two steps above will solve log-in issues within a few minutes the majority of the time; however, if you are still unable to access your course please email our support team at support@autumnflow.com and include your first and last name, what course you purchased and when you purchased it and our support team will work with you to resolve your log-in issue.
